Refund policy

14 days cooling off period

We will grant you 14 days to judge if your purchase is satisfactory. Within this period you can return the product (unopened sealed bags).  If you have your doubts whether you can still change your product then please contact us on support@krateo.eu.
If you are not all satisfied with the product then please return it to us in the original packing (sealed) and unused. We will refund your money including the original delivery costs within 14 days. You only have to pay yourself for the return shipment.

Please give in the follwing information:

• Your zip code
• Trackingnumber original order or
• Ordernumber like this: XXXXXX-ok
• Press the start button
• Select shipping method (1)

(1) Costs may be included in carrier return options. However, these costs will not be charged at that moment. You can print the return label for free.

Follow-up procedure:

• Print return label
• Stick label on package
• Take package to shipping point
